Through structural modification, the heat resistance of the plastic antibacterial agent has been enhanced, making it suitable for plastic injection molding and blow molding processes. The antibacterial genes in the antibacterial masterbatch act on the cell membrane of bacteria. The released metal ions can bind with the cell membrane and membrane proteins, causing damage to the three-dimensional structure of the cell, leading to functional impairment and ultimately cell death.
